LAVC Ranked #2 Real Estate Program in the State
The California Community College Real Estate Education Center has recognized LA Valley College’s Real Estate Program as one of the Top 20 Real Estate Programs by Enrollment for Fall 2024. The program is in the #2 spot for second year in a row out of the 114 California Community Colleges.
The California Community Colleges Real Estate Education Center is funded by the Real Estate Education Endowment at the Foundation for California Community Colleges and the California Community College’s Chancellor’s Office.
LAVC offers an associate's degree in Real Estate for people who are employed in or want to enter the real estate field. The program will prepare individuals who are interest in becoming salepersons, brokers, appraisers, escrow officers, property managers, and community developers.
